The execution of a residential revitalization plan focused on homes in need with a goal of a city wide improvement.
OVERVIEW
Mayor Henry Wilson and council members are working with Gardner Capital, Shoreline Property Group and Recon Realty to launch a city wide residential revitalization plan for Hurst homes in need. The plan outlines an end goal to revitalize the older residential homes in need with focused specifically on a specific menu of items in order to have the largest impact.
